Cleaning Company Recruiter
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter to support our Operations Team by engaging with and identifying the best applicants to work as Cleaning Operatives in our various locations throughout the Midlands. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced office-based environment in the Enderby area of Leicester.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing job applications and identifying the most suitable candidates for the positions we are recruiting for.
2. Scheduling and conducting video meetings with job applicants via Microsoft Teams.
3. Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
4. Supporting lead generation activities to attract potential candidates.
5. Communicating effectively with candidates.
6. Engaging in relationship management with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Skills:
1. Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
2. Strong relationship management skills.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to generate leads for recruitment purposes.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10am to 1pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 days a week, 3 hours a day, 9 hours a week)
Work Location: In person, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA
