Due to an internal promotion we now have a new vacancy for a Franchise Recruitment Manager to continue the growth of the easyStorage franchise throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will be an experienced franchise professional with previous experience in franchise recruitment. Good commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and develop business plans and being a strong communicator is key to this role. You will also enjoy presenting at our Discovery Days and managing projects from conception through to launch. Franchise Recruitment Manager responsibilities and duties
•Attract new candidates to the brand through media, digital platforms, and exhibitions
•Manage an implement recruitment campaigns within budget
•Organise and lead Discovery events
•Build on our recruitment process by improving and innovating
•Conduct candidate meetings as required
•Work closely with our business planning partners to support our candidates with their business plans
•Host candidate presentations to stakeholders for sign off
•Project manage the onboarding process
•Support candidates to launch and the first twelve weeks post launch
•Report weekly project milestones and recruitment activity
•Support the training team with franchisee training
•Representing easyStorage at events and acting as an ambassador for the brand
•Representing easyStorage at BFA events and being an active participant of the BFA
•Working with the Senior Management team to develop and implement new initiatives, strategies, and programmes
Franchise Recruitment Manager qualifications and skills
Clearly demonstrable commercial acumen
•Clearly demonstrable commercial acumen
•Outstanding communicator both verbally and through reporting
•Well organised with the ability to implement and manage project plans
•Previous franchise recruitment experience
•Strong decision-making and leadership skills
•Able to build and manage credible relationships with key stakeholders
•Competent with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•Self-motivated and able to work alone whilst also being a valued contributor to the wider team
