Working in the C&E Sales Team, you will be working on both football and non-football products and bringing these into conversations with prospective clients. You will need to be confident in outbound campaign calls and holding face-to-face meetings to source new clients and building relationships with existing ones. What will you be doing? You will be expected to respond to all inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner, recognising up-sale opportunities. You should develop leads through research and outbound calls, with a targeted potential customer base, and convert to deliver and exceed the budget for the month and the financial year. In addition to this, you will need to proactively sell special events put on by the club such as concerts and Darts. You will also be the face for C&E at the club, and have the confidence to hold audiences, be engaging and interesting, ensuring all customers feel welcomed when the visit the venue.
