We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector, building strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
* Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
* Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM systems.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment specialists to ensure seamless client experience.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Facilities Management sector desirable.
* Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Proficient in CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
