Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our client's luxury hotel in Leatherhead. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating unique culinary experiences and have a flair for detail.
Responsibilities:
The successful Chef De Partie will be responsible for:
* Leading a team of junior chefs and providing guidance and training
* Creating menus and specials that showcase the hotel's culinary expertise
* Managing kitchen inventory and stock control
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Working closely with the head chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or equivalent level restaurant
* Ability to motivate, train and supervise junior members of the team
* High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
* Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
* Ability to drive or live locally
* Passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
* Driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
* Confidence to create and innovate
