Role
* You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from current customers and understanding what the situation is and what you can help with.
* This is an Entry Level role, with time it will grow more technical and you will learn more of the complex issues some customers face.
* Reporting directly into the Head of Support.
* Loads of opportunity to grow within the business (no glass ceilings!!) and move into other departments such as sales, account management, web development and more (regular promotions based on performance).
* You will also benefit from equity in the business.
What we need from you
* Incredibly hard working, forward thinking individual that has a burning desire to succeed.
* Someone who wants to be in the tech sector.
* Currently working on-site 4 days a week - they are looking to move to 3/2.
* Have to be open to working 2 days a month on the weekend (paid time and a half).
* Computer literate - open to graduates!
