Your Role:
* Take charge of a highly skilled team of chefs in an upscale, world-class kitchen.
* Design and curate a distinctive, seasonal seafood menu using the finest ingredients and freshest local produce.
* Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
* Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless dining experience to a sophisticated clientele.
* Manage kitchen costs, budgets, and inventory while upholding the highest standards of quality in every dish.
* Foster a creative, positive, and team-oriented kitchen atmosphere that promotes growth and excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
