Sous Chef Responsibilities:
* Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and ensuring smooth service
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of the kitchen with consistency and precision
* Assisting with menu development and implementation of seasonal dishes
* Managing stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
* Upholding food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
