The Recruitment Manager for UK-based Agents (Asia) will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our UK University Pathways, Kings School of Art + Design and our GCSE and A level independent boarding school market segments. The new role will provide clear focus and accountability for all Kings Colleges recruitment from defined region and markets.

Role overview
The role will be responsible for driving regional enrolment growth for the Kings Colleges division.
The role will, with the Recruitment Directors, Kings Colleges, develop and take accountability for the regional student recruitment strategy and specifically for its execution for the division.
Specific accountabilities (not limited to)
1. Devise (with the Recruitment Director) an annual, multi-channel, new student enrolment (NSE) regional/market recruitment plan.
2. Execute the regional/market recruitment plan to deliver on agreed recruitment targets within budget.
3. Manage the regional/market investment budget for all activities & initiatives including accountability for regional/market scholarships, bursaries and incentives.
4. Monitor the effectiveness of the multi-channel regional/market student recruitment plan, to ensure maximum ROI for the Kings College.
5. Develop a strong, effective and efficient, multi-channel approach to the market including via active and new agent partners, institutions and direct student enquiry generation/conversion.
6. Provide outstanding support to active and new regional, and local offices of global agent partners, both large and small, through training, development and relationship-building activities.
7. Manage regional agent partner and student data effectively in our CRM to ensure clear visibility and progression of enquiries through the recruitment and admissions process.
8. Build strong and binding relationships with key regional professional and sponsorship bodies, including influencers and consultants, to raise the divisional profile and engagement.
9. Work closely and collaboratively with TNE and Institutional partners, both online and offline, to build sustainable “feeder” channels.
10. Keep abreast of regional and market developments to inform planning and ensure appropriacy of approach and presentation to market.

8. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
9. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Professional experience
1. A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in student recruitment within the region.
2. A proven track record of successful student recruitment for the specialist product segment from the region.
3. A demonstrable understanding of and extensive positive working relationships with key recruitment channels and partners within the region.
4. A minimum of three years' relevant experience in working to regional student recruitment budgets and targets.
5. A detailed understanding of the specialist product area and of competing products and activities.
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and of social media applications used within the region.
