Subject to annual pay award.IT Services Full time, open ended We’re currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Department within our IT Support team. Our IT Services are integral to the continued success of Loughborough University. Job Purpose:To apply in-depth technical knowledge to provide both reactive & proactive technical support and advice to users of University IT systems. The primary focus for this job will be to provide phone, in person and email support for staff and students using the University’s systems.
