Operations/Training Manager –Hybrid role- Home & Near Portsmouth

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a national training provider as an operations Manager, the role will be leading a team of 10 training co-ordinators working within the Managed Learning Service centre. Key Responsibilities will include:
* Develop and implement the Managed Learning Service Strategy, becoming a centre of excellence.
* Meet scheduling requirements and monthly objectives to exceed customer expectations.
* Drive operational excellence by achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Foster a culture of high performance, actively managing team performance and promoting change management.
* Manage data and provide information on trends and performance.
You should have proven leadership, customer relationship and data analysis experience together with being from a learning & development/training background. You should be able to inspire others and improve processes while being positive and highly motivated.
