Role: Cyber Security Recruitment Manager Type: Permanent Location: Corsham/Hybrid Are you an experienced recruiter from a technology background? Twinned with our consultancy, our recruiters have an unparalleled understanding of Cyber Security, allowing them to be strategic partners to our clients and candidates, don’t worry if you’re not experienced in recruiting for cyber security, we’ll teach you. Our client base spans SME organisations as well as companies listed on the FTSE100, given a great diversity of challenge and opportunity to the team. We have previously focused on contract, which is our cornerstone, and now we are looking for someone to also drive permanent hires. This position will inherit an established base of contractors and clients, and the expectation is they will split their time between developing this further and mentoring the wider team to the next level. Key Responsibilities: • Take ownership of the recruitment division, and continue its development into an industry- leading service • Define and manage overall strategy • Manage and develop our client base, taking the lead on business development • Mentor and develop the recruitment team, sharing your knowledge of best practice and managing standards • Set and track KPIs for the team and the individuals within the team • Contribute to bid/tender documentation as needed • Be accountable for adherence to our ISO 9001 standards • Assist with financial/accounts queries and reporting • Where needed, assist with client project management • Keep up to date with Cyber and Recruitment trends, legislation and best practice • Build relationships with the whole of CND, particularly C-Suite • Be on hand to read, understand and digest contract documentation both internal and external Essential Skills: • A "can do" attitude with the willingness to learn • Public sector knowledge is advantageous • Ambition and influencing skills to drive own activity, results and revenue to optimum levels • Proven success in recruitment, business development and account management • A minimum of 3-5 years’ Technology Recruitment Consultant experience • A good knowledge of the Information Technology sector • Able to demonstrate a commitment to learn about the Cyber Security sector • Demonstrable soft skills, awareness of and sensitivity to, team dynamics • Relationship management and good at building rapport • A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of business • Able to work at speed, under pressure without compromising on quality • Confident numeracy skills • Excellent spoken and written English • Be a team player and have the desire to contribute to the company’s growth This opportunity could be career defining for the right candidate, taking control of an established team and offering to help move it further.
