Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE.
Due to growth in our technology division, we are recruiting for a TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE who has the right attitude and drive to want to grow within this role as the client base expands.
The company look for charismatic individuals who want to pursue a career within sales. Previous experience is considered but is not necessary as the right personality and also proof of length of service in previous jobs (relevant or not) are more important factors. For the right person, full training on industry, job role and sales skills will be given.
The TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE role is available immediately for someone who is hungry for a new and exciting challenge. If you are money motivated and strong at building customer relationships then this could be the role for you!
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary £25,000-£26,000 per annum plus a competitive commission package

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE are:
1. Introducing the company's product range to new, existing and previous customers.
2. Maintaining and building relationships with distributors, introducing them to our e-commerce platforms.
3. Exploring possible manufacturing partnerships. Researching and building connections.
4. Carrying out 'warm' phone calls to customers who are aware of or have had a relationship with us in the past, in order to re-ignite the connection.
5. Researching potential partners and using avenues such as LinkedIn to find and make contact with decision makers.
6. Booking in and attending meetings with potential partners.
7. Work with the company's management team to develop and plan pitches.
8. Work on presentations.
9. Build proposals and/or tenders.
10. Learning skills from the management team in areas such as: handling objections, making pitches, offering solutions, appropriate sales etiquette, building presentations, where to research, and more.
