You have an incredible opportunity as a self-motivated Sales Executive to join an established, reputable and successful hotel that is very prominent in Conference, meetings, weddings and events. Overall a hotel that performs well in the MICE segment.
* You will be responsible for handling all in bound calls regarding accommodation, Meetings, conferences and private events.
* This is a very reactive role and needs an experienced individual who can handle the demands of the job.
* You will be inputting rooming lists, creating function sheets for the operations team as well as coordinating weddings, checking bookings and Packages are correct.
The Essential Skills:
* Ideally looking for someone who has been in a reservations or Meeting & Events Sales role for within a hotel.
* Understands the importance of attention to detail during and after the initial showround and enquiry.
* Someone who has a good understanding of hotel operations and hotel sales to easily converse with your clients.
