This is in a highly regulated and niche environment, ideally you will be from a financial/insurance/collections background. You will have a successful background managing a team in a call centre, including absence, performance and conduct. You will be comfortable leading from the front, while providing effective coaching and mentoring of direct reports in line with process and procedures.
