We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Manager to join our client in Poole. This is a fantastic role working within an innovative and forward-thinking business.
This position is full-time, paying £35,000 - £40,000 pa DOE and working Monday to Friday. This is a pivotal role that will include designing, delivering, and evaluating training to the company's partners.
Key responsibilities for the successful Training Manager:
1. Develop training plans and programmes
2. Deliver on-site, in-house training and visit customer sites as needed
3. Content development
4. Monitor and assess training programmes
5. Primary point of contact for any and all training queries
6. Work closely with other departments and partners to develop joint strategies
7. Maintain accurate records
To be considered for the Training Manager role:
1. Previous experience within a training management role is essential
2. Experience working within the Food or Manufacturing industries would be highly desirable
3. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive to customer sites
