There is no cold calling; a strong telephone manner and a highly organised work ethic are essential to drive new deals and achieve uncapped commission potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with inbound leads and existing customers. Understand customers' current leasing needs and future plans. Provide cost-effective solutions using the bespoke fleet management system. Deliver strong and confident telephone interactions, asking the right questions and confirming your understanding of customer needs. Collaborate with colleagues to create leasing solutions and maintain premium customer service. Manage all necessary administration elements, including order details, finances, delivery, and other timescales. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector; leasing experience is a bonus. Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Ability to juggle priorities and maintain a high level of customer service. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments.
