Main duties:
1. To deliver confident and effective first-line technical support to international clients.
2. Assist customers with technical issues remotely and provide them with effective solutions to ensure a positive outcome.
3. Troubleshoot hardware issues.
4. Escalate calls with advanced technical queries to the appropriate team.
5. Arrange for the replacement of faulty hardware to be delivered to the customer.
6. Schedule site visits with the field service team.
7. Provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate:
1. Full fluency in Italian is mandatory (written and spoken).
2. Customer service experience desirable.
3. Problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
4. IT literate and computer savvy.
5. Pro-active, confident, and dynamic personality.
