One of the busiest lettings / property management agencies in East Yorkshire is on the hunt for aMarketing & Sales Executive.
In this newly created role, you will raise awareness of the agency to both new and existing landlords and tenants, as well as the properties and services they offer.
This is a hands-on, commercial role where youll be involved in all aspects of marketing, social media accounts, branding and will have to juggle multiple projects at any one time.
You will organise creative campaigns, follow up on leads and be at the start of the customer journey for both landlords and tenants, that can make a difference for the companys success.
You will be passionate for the art of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. You must bring forth a strong resource of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the interest in our portfolio of properties and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
* Organise and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website, print collateral etc.) and events.
* Follow up any leads generated from marketing campaigns and keep a track on the ROI per each channel.
* Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
* Create a tone of voice across all social media platforms, website, and any other external collateral.
* Take photos and videos of the properties and upload the appropriate portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market).
* Conduct research and analyse data to identify, market trends and define audiences.
* Host webinars and seminars about the local property market.
* Create and manage all social media campaigns.
* Conduct property showings when required.
Requirements and skills:
* Proven experience in marketing or sales role.
* Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
* Proficient in MS Office and confident using an array of web-based applications.
* Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
* Creativity, writing and design skills.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Commercial awareness and numerical skills
* Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
* Teamworking skills.
* Good organisation and planning skills.
* Would be advantageous to have a BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
Whats on Offer:
* Competitive salary (per annum).
* 40 hour working week.
* You will be required to work two Saturdays a month, which is either paid in time+1/3 or in lieu.
