Sous Chef Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Sous chef to join the opening team for their newest restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Salcombe.

BASIC SALARY FOR A SOUS CHEF IS £37,000 PER ANNUM. ON TOP OF THIS YOU WILL BE PAID FOR ALL OVERTIME WORKED AND £5-6K ON TOP OF YOUR SALARY IN TIPS AND GRATUITIES!

As a Sous Chef, you will:

* Manage resources to minimise waste and control costs.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
