Job description About the Cost & Price Analysis Capability Team (CPAC) CPAC provides a centralised and trusted resource that supports DIOs cost and pricing activities. It provides cost data, and standardised tools and templates to drive smarter investment decisions and value for money for DIO customers throughout the investment lifecycle. Person specification Reporting to the CPAC Lead, as Community and Training Manager, you will have full responsibility for communications and engagement and training and upskilling strategies, identifying needs and implementing them into existing or new plans that will then need to be delivered tactically; You will need to independently recognise when you need support on tasks and lead the delegation and organisation or other CPAC members to support reaching the capabilitys objectives. Day to day you will be responsible for the facilitation for the DIOs cost community. Activities will span the co-ordination of community events, developing the Community engagement, regulating the online community forum, promoting and communicating cost community activities and tracking community sentiment to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Managing the CPAC SharePoint portal to maintain currency of the knowledge, information and function. These activities are fundamental to promoting - via predominantly social means - the professionalisation, growth and dissemination of cost expertise and knowledge across DIO. As the Community and Training Manager, you will play the central role in bringing together a pan-DIO cost community, and other stakeholders, driving a unified cost data culture across the entire organisation. You will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of CPAC training modules and user guides, ensuring that learning objectives are met to your agreed specifications and quality standards.
