Role Overview:
Sales Target Achievement : Meet monthly sales targets for new, used, and demo cars, along with finance and insurance income, while adhering to internal sales procedures and maintaining accurate paperwork.
Vehicle Appraisals & Marketing : Appraise part exchanges accurately, list vehicles on online platforms for visibility, and ensure company vehicles are maintained in pristine condition for demonstrations.
Customer Relationships & Needs Analysis : Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions through product presentations and test drives.
Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimise sales strategies, sharing insights and contributing to team success.
Sales Records & Reporting : Track customer interactions using CRM tools, maintain accurate sales records, and generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.
