The Jaguar Land Rover Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will contribute to our well-performing chat customer service, adding value to our customers.
The Role
We’re undergoing a technology transformation and need to resource our UK CRC (Client Relationship Centre) to support increased chat demand. You will support customers across multiple channels, including chat and social media.
As part of this role, the JLR Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will:
1. Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
2. Record events, problems, and their resolutions.
3. Liaise with clients and work collaboratively with JLR teams.
4. Ensure all processes and procedures are followed correctly.
In your first 90 days, you will:
1. Attend our corporate induction.
2. Be introduced to our Purpose, Vision, and Mission.
3. Learn our Values and Behaviours and incorporate them into your role.
4. Set goals and objectives aligned with the MSX strategy.
5. Learn about the UK market and our brands (Range Rover, Discovery, Defender, Jaguar).
About you
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically confident individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can start effectively.
Our ideal JLR Helpdesk Customer Support Agent will have:
1. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3. A keen interest in technology and staying updated with industry news.

Working pattern and location
* 40 hours per week
* 6-month fixed contract
* Tuesday and Wednesday in office; Monday, Thursday, and Friday home office
* Shifts: 8:00-16:30 or 8:30-17:00
* Location: Whitley, Coventry
* First 4 weeks training in Whitley at UK CRC
