The Training Team are a fundamental part of the Outsourcing GB (OGB) line of business. Due to continued growth on the LifeSight master trust team, we are now expanding to recruit a dedicated LifeSight training manager that will be part of the training team but with a matrix reporting line directly into the LifeSight team, via the Operational Excellence (Op Ex) Manager. We are therefore looking for an experienced, highly motivated and energetic Training Manager who can deliver training directly to the growing LifeSight team and expand LifeSight learning opportunities. The LifeSight team are required to be proficient in standard OGB admin procedures, LifeSight-specific admin procedures, and understand the broader services (communications, technology, investment, governance) that make up the LifeSight proposition. The Role LifeSight Training framework Develop and continually evolve a LifeSight Training framework which builds on the OGB standard Training framework, but also includes LifeSight specific procedures training to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards Develop, update and deliver a wide variety of formal and informal training (including multi-media learning solutions) which draw on the latest learning and development techniques for the LifeSight team, in line with the LifeSight Training framework and working with the members of the OGB Technical Training Team, and the Learning and Development team, as well as the LifeSight Technical and Quality team to achieve this Implement formal assessments to evaluate effectiveness of learning framework and implement changes where required, including gap analysis to inform future training requirements. Work with subject matter experts from the LifeSight team to create scheme specific and multi-media training material, ensuring that complex content is easy to understand and accessible Support the OpEx Manager to improve the efficiency of learning and development to increase value and reduce costs General Keep up to date with DC and Master Trust legislative and regulatory changes as well as any OGB and LifeSight process and system changes Be an advocate for personal development and encourage a learning culture throughout the team Keep up to date with learning methods and styles to support training for a continually growing, multi-location team The Requirement Extensive and current experience of the DC pensions industry and legislation is essential and desirable to have FCA (Consumer Duty) and Master Trust knowledge Working knowledge of BenefitConnectUK (iPA) Experience of designing, delivering and assessing training to a varied and multi-location audience is an advantage Experience in the design and delivery of training across a range of mediums (live online, eLearning, in-person training, etc) Experience of authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) an advantage A confident presenter who is able to relay sometimes complex materials in a way that is both engaging an easy to understand Self-motivated and able to manage projects from start to finish, meeting key deadlines Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across the business Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work remotely from the rest of the team Able to travel to other WTW office if required Equal Opportunity Employer At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger.
