About the Client:
A successful finance business with a significant global presence. With high-spec and centrally located offices, this business has around 100 in London and offers excellent additional benefits, including on-site catered lunches.
About the Role:
This is a key HR Generalist opportunity which will involve working as part of the small but close-knit HR and ops team. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Management of full payroll process
* Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff
* Management of benefits submissions
* Administration of all contracts and employment letters
* Management of HR systems
* Management of onboarding and offboarding process
* Management of background check process for new hires
* Liaising with staff on any queries relating to benefits
* Support with annual remuneration reviews.
Candidate Specification:
* Proven experience in an HR Generalist / Advisor position (essential)
* Experience in a global / multinational business (essential)
* Experience of managing / administering payroll (essential)
* Experience of systems including Workday, Cascade and Celergo would be highly advantageous (not essential)
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Good knowledge of employment laws.
Additional Information:
* Salary up to £70K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits including daily catered lunches, on-site gym, life insurance, yearly company off-sites and a discretionary bonus
* Hours are 9am - 6pm with occasional flexibility required
* The business is fully office-based
* Excellent location - close to Regent Street (Mayfair / Soho)
