Our client is now looking for a Training Manager to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week. The Role As a Training Manager, you will oversee our clients training function, ensuring they deliver exceptional face-to-face and online learning for accredited and non-accredited training programmes. Specifically, you will manage the operational and technical aspects of training, as well as staff management, whilst providing high-level expertise to develop strategic plans and initiatives. Supporting a team culture that aligns with our clients values, you will co-ordinate the teams workload to meet KPIs and project goals and ensure the quality of training materials, assessments, and qualifications. You will also represent the organisation at external forums and have the opportunity to build valuable networks and showcase their training offerings.
