The Hotel Manager will lead business growth by creating high-performing, motivated teams and ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strengthening our position as a loved hotel brand.
Ideal candidates will have extensive management experience in Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, or similar sectors, with a focus on guest service and business results. F&B experience is desirable. The role involves:
1. Leading and managing multiple sites, fostering synergy, and developing talent.
2. Driving commercial practices, maximizing growth, and managing finances and revenue.
3. Overseeing all business areas, maintaining brand standards, and leveraging guest feedback to improve KPIs.
4. Accountability for business planning and supporting strategic objectives.
5. Ensuring health and safety compliance and managing audit processes.
6. Managing time effectively and adapting to business needs.
