Job Profile Lead the technical training and development function for our consumer electronics business, creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for both internal teams and OEM partners. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic learning development to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the organization and partner ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for internal staff Assess training needs across technical teams, Operations, and customer support functions Create multimedia learning materials including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, and hands-on labs Manage the full training lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation and continuous improvement Develop certification programs that validate technical competencies Collaborate with product development teams to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning content Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners to understand their requirements for training Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI through appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms Lead a team of technical trainers and instructional designers Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning development Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures Qualifications 5 years of experience in technical training, preferably in consumer electronics or related technology field 2 years of management experience leading training teams Demonstrated experience working with OEM relationships and understanding their unique needs Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with learning management systems Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging learning materials Strong project management capabilities Experience with training evaluation methodologies Preferred Skills Experience with adult learning theory and application Knowledge of consumer electronics industry standards and technologies Background in hardware and software integration Familiarity with manufacturing processes Certification in training methodologies (CPTM, ATD, etc.) Experience with virtual and augmented reality training applications Ensure Fairness & Embrace Differences We believe in fairness – so much so that Fair is one of our core values.
