B2B Recruitment Sales Executive
We are working with the Business Development / Recruitment arm of our well established client to bring in 2 new Recruitment Sales Execs to their business. Based in amazing new offices near Wakefield, with excellent transport links or free parking, this is a role open to all West / South Yorkshire based sales professionals.

This is very much a phone based role, speaking to Hiring Managers / Managers / Team Leaders in the chosen sector – these could be new prospects, old clients, or people cherry picked from your own sales pipeline. You’ll be promoting the company, its brand, and of course your own apprenticeships, picking up vacancies for the internal recruitment team to fill. As this is a very niche sector, you will find speaking to the Decision Makers much easier, especially as you’ll be working for one of the strongest, most prestigious brands in the industry.
You’ll be working within the Business Development Team, who are settled and are all enjoying not just the role, the camaraderie, but also the bonuses they are making too.
On offer here, is a basic salary of £25k, with realistic OTE of around £35k ,but this is uncapped and there are currently Execs there making more; it’s a 9-5 Monday to Friday, so no weekends, evenings etc. You’ll receive 26 days holidays, (+all Bank holidays) your birthday off (!) and this holiday entitlement rises to 30 days.
