Learning and Development Manager - Cairo
(Hours: 40 per week, with flexibility required)

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, you will work closely with Senior Operations Leaders and Stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
1. Manage the operational and fiscal activities of Learning and Leadership Development department and develop and lead the team.
2. Utilize systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Learning and Leadership Development department.
3. Oversee all aspects of the delivery of training, working daily to improve processes and performance that enhance bottom line results.
4. Work closely with business partners and clients to resolve all training related issues.
5. Improve efficiency and accuracy of training process; create and implement process improvements.
6. Manage the staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client metrics. L&LD managers are held accountable for training department attrition, including trainers, agents, and overall project attrition.
7. Responsible for team engagement, leadership, performance management, coaching and talent development. L&LD managers adhere to TTEC key performance objectives, indicators, metrics, and ratios ensuring maximum team performance.
8. Create and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements of the role:
1. Experience of BPO or call centre or similar environment.
2. Strong understanding of TTEC's business, core values, and goals.
3. Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client.
4. Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects.
5. High level of integrity, judgment and follow through.
6. Strong coaching, people, and leadership skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and desire to follow procedures.
8. Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills.
9. Data analysis skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
11. Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
12. Background in training and/or adult learning.
13. Trainer Certification.
