Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive with a passion for learning and a proactive approach to joining our sales team in the telecom domain. Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure
satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential clients through research, networking, and
outreach efforts.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
and business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and
competitive threats.
• Proposal Writing and Presentation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to
potential clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and forecast future sales performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product
development, and operations to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activity,
conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Requirement:
* Experience: Entry-level, 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
* Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to adapt to new technology and quickly learn industry knowledge.
* Comfortable with regular travel within the UK as needed.
