We are seeking two dynamic Head Chefs to lead our kitchen teams in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our conference and hospitality services, as well as our retail outlets, cafes, and bars.
Key Responsibilities:
* Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and standards across your area, conducting regular audits and maintaining high hygiene standards.
* Menu Development: Create innovative and seasonal menus that reflect current food trends while considering dietary requirements and cost-effectiveness.
* Costing and Budgeting: Manage food costs and budgets effectively, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
* Team Training: Lead and train your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the other Head Chef to coordinate efforts during peak seasons and special events, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.
* Excellent menu planning and costing skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
