Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities. Qualify and contact potential customers Balance activity adequately between volume and quality to retain commercial value in sales pipeline Set appointments and follow up on leads Track progress towards meeting sales goals Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, product and industry developments Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of experience in a B2B outbound sales environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A desire to learn and grow in the sales field The Package : A base salary up to £28k plus bonus (£10k).
