Achieve daily sales call targets and convert a required number of calls to orders. Identify new products, including pricing, margin, and competitor analysis. Generate sales through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Produce monthly reports, including margin, stock, and sales analysis. Answer customer queries via email and telephone regarding orders and product information. Process customer orders using our fully integrated order processing and stock system. Participate in business development projects. Liaise with pickers regarding orders and stock discrepancies.
