Customer Support & System Administrator Role Summary: Provide first line customer support, collaborate with partners, collect and analyze data, build and upload menus, improve system efficiencies, and process refunds and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support on queries and technical issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Collect and analyze data from internal teams.
• Build and upload menus to ordering platforms.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and patterns.
• Improve system efficiencies and enhancements.
• Process refunds and account reconciliations.
• Onboard new contracts to systems.
Requirements:
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior experience in a help desk/service desk role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good data analytics skills and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and as a self-starter.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and situations.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Excellent prioritization and organization skills.
