Service Desk Analyst – 1st line Support
This is a permanent position, working for a well respected MSP based in Dartford and supporting clients across London and beyond.
The role is on-site in Dartford, paying £26-30k depending on related experience and certifications.
The ideal candidate will have commercial experience in providing 1st line technical support in a predominantly Windows environment.
Experience in the following is preferred:
* Ticketing systems
* 1st/2nd line support
* Microsoft 365 support
* Active Directory
* Azure (desirable)
* ITIL
* Basic networking – TCP/IP etc
You will be supporting a wide range of clients from local industry to large Sports clubs, providing an exciting and varied role.
