Thrilled to be working with a Bristol based Partnership that are looking to hire an HR Director on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Partner this is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience gained within Professional Services to lead HR and work closely with Business Services as the firm embarks on an exciting period of change and transformation. This is a Board level appointment and you will be responsible for business partnering and advising the Board on all people related matters as the firm seeks to modernise its approach to career pathways and development, talent management, DEI, leadership development, cultural change and succession planning. Leading a small team you will be comfortable working operationally ensuring that all policies, processes and procedures are effective and efficient across HR and Business Services. Your experience of working within a Partnership led environment such as Legal, Property/Surveying, Accountancy or similar driving HR change & transformation and HR Operational efficiencies is vital to this position. You will have significant Board and Partner level exposure and able to drive senior stakeholder engagement to drive strategic change.
