You'll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring the prep is done for each day and make each dish to spec.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
* Prepare fresh ingredients and ensure all dishes are made to specification.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
* Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
* Adhere to food safety practices and allergen management.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking for career advancement.
* Proven skills in food preparation (both hot and cold) and knife skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen essentials and food safety.
