My client Is seeking a HR generalist to work within their small friendly HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, including, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
2. Advise on UK employment law and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
3. Manage employee records, contracts, and HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with current legislation.
4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve efficiency.
5. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a strong focus on UK employment law.
7. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) preferred.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
