Location: Mishcon de Reya
Rate of pay: £43,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, Event Overtime @ 1.5
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create seasonal, innovative, and client-specific menus that meet the diverse needs of the café, client lounge, and events while maintaining consistency and quality.
* Ensure all dishes meet the established standards for taste, presentation, and portion size, while monitoring food quality throughout service to maintain consistency.
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, including supervising and training kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and managing stock levels for all areas.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, addressing special dietary needs or requests, and ensuring that the café, lounge, and events are delivering a positive and memorable guest experience.
