Car Sales Executive
Basic £21k - £27k with genuine £50-70k earning potential
Location: Slough
Type: Permanent/Full Time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week)
Our client, based in the Slough area, is on the lookout for an experienced Automotive Sales Executive to join their growing team. They are looking for a candidate who is not only brilliant with people but great at building up relationships. Duties & Responsibilities of a Car Sales Executive:
1. Achieving agreed sales targets for new and/or used vehicles.
2. Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customers' expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
3. Maintaining and accurately recording all customer contact details.
4. Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
5. Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
6. Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
Your Background & Skill:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade is advantageous; however, if you are keen to join the motor trade, please apply!
2. Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
5. Full UK Driving Licence.
