Contact Centre Manager - Temp to Perm - ASAP Start (Hybrid)
Location: Corby
Hours: Core hours between 8 AM - 6 PM, with occasional weekend or bank holiday work

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for driving performance and engagement? We are looking for a Customer Interaction Manager to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting ASAP. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site and remote working flexibility. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in contact centres or call centres who are ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of 10-15 people, ensuring high performance and engagement
2. Driving KPIs and business objectives, supporting team development
3. Providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to the team
4. Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
5. Working occasional weekends and bank holidays as required
What We're Looking For:
1. Contact centre/call centre experience is highly desirable
2. Some managerial/leadership experience in a customer-focused environment
3. Strong ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams
4. KPI-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
