Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst - to £29,000 (DOE) Brighouse, West Yorkshire.
My award-winning client has a great opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst with a minimum of 12 months experience, superb customer service skills combined with excellent communication skills supporting internal and external customers and infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Resolving incidents and user queries.
2. Diagnosing faults or problems via ticketing systems to SLAs.
3. Providing support through phone, help desk, and remote sessions.
4. Escalating support cases to 2nd and 3rd line support where necessary.
5. Preparing, configuring, and maintaining new and existing equipment.
Technical Skills:
1. Experience with Windows 11, Office 365.
2. Ideally knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
3. Experience with network hardware and infrastructure (routers, switches, etc.) is beneficial.
You will have good problem-solving and diagnostic skills, experience troubleshooting hardware issues, fixing/repairing laptops, desktops, and printers, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of software issues, good verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Working hours: Mon-Friday 9:00-17:00 with on-call rota.
