As the head chef you would be in charge of creating seasonal menus for this stunning restaurant as well as managing the kitchen, all aspects of H&S and Food Hygiene. You will work very closely with the GM, the Directors, your sous chef and the AGM who will support you in your role. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
