Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a fast paced, multi-site, customer-facing organisation based in Swindon. The role will be working flexibly (hybrid 3 days in the office), partly in Swindon, partly remote with occasional travel.
Managing a recruitment team of 5, there will be plenty of opportunity to add value in this ever-changing, organisation which has recently gone through a restructure and acquisition. This is at an exciting period of change for the company, both in terms of culture and structure, with lots of opportunity to make a difference.
Reporting initially into the inspiring and values driven Head of HR Services, there are some really interesting projects on the agenda to enable you to really make your mark.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day to day management and leadership of the Talent Acquisition Partners
2. Create a positive and powerful employer brand which better attracts top talent.
3. Responsible for all recruitment activity across the multiple UK locations and Head Office.
4. Manage the recruitment PSL and agency relationships.
5. Contribute to Group D&I initiatives across the Group from a resourcing perspective
6. Manage the ATS, working closely with HR Systems Manager
7. Manage new site openings and high-volume recruitment projects
