We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling delegate passes for awards, summits, and corporate events. You will engage with senior decision-makers, understand their business needs, and position our events as must-attend opportunities for networking, learning, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Sales: Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to attract delegates to our events.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and engage prospective attendees, nurturing leads from initial contact to registration.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, industry leaders, and key decision-makers.
* Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and communicate the value proposition of attending our events.
* Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets through strategic selling.
* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and event production teams to maximize delegate acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
* Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales, delegate sales, sponsorship sales, or related fields.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
* Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Resilience & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of handling rejection positively.
* Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals efficiently and handle objections professionally.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.

* Experience in event sales, media, or corporate networking environments.
* Knowledge of the circular economy industry and / or the 2nd hand tech sectors is a plus.
