About You: We're looking for a talented and driven chef who: - Has prior experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in the hotel sector. - Excels in banqueting and managing high-volume lunch and dinner services. - Demonstrates expertise in delivering consistently high-quality dishes on a branded menu. - Ensures all food leaving the kitchen meets exceptional standards. - Is skilled in inventory management, stock control, and ordering to optimise kitchen efficiency. - Can train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs to reach their full potential. - Confidently leads the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, maintaining smooth service during busy periods. - Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations. - Help create and implement new menu items, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
