Laboratory Customer Support - Contract Until April 2025 - Customer Facing Role
Planet Pharma are currently working with a globally growing company in the life sciences space who are looking for a laboratory customer service support to be outsourced to their client, a globally renowned pharmaceutical company.
As part of this role you will be working as part of their customer service/vendor management team, working alongside customers and the lab management team. You will be the first point of contact for customers and 3rd party engineers, and your role will be to ensure all data and documents are up to date and signed.
For this position, you will ideally have some customer service experience gained in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry. You will be someone who is approachable and willing to help customers with any issues/enquiries in a professional and personable way.
