We’re hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of blockchain and privacy-first software innovation. If you're a driven sales professional with a strong B2B background in both software and blockchain solutions, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of our business development team, you’ll lead full-cycle sales processes—from identifying new opportunities and engaging key decision-makers to closing high-value deals. Your blend of enterprise software and blockchain industry experience will help expand our global presence and build long-term client partnerships.
This is a highly outward-facing role requiring regular travel, including 3–4 trips per month, mainly to London, and occasionally to Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US. You’ll also attend international industry events, many of which require morning or evening networking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage new business opportunities within target sectors.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
* Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
* Understand client needs and offer tailored blockchain software solutions.
* Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools (ideally Pipedrive).
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor offerings in the blockchain space.
Requirements:
* Proven B2B sales experience, with a solid track record in software sales.
* Proven experience selling blockchain solutions to enterprise clients (non-crypto focused).
* A mix of experience selling both software development consulting and product-based solutions (e.g., SaaS, BaaS).
* Demonstrated success in closing £1M+ in annual sales.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally 3–4 times per month.
* Comfortable with non-standard hours for global networking events.
