What’s involved?
As the Head Chef, you will ensure that the standards remain high, motivating and training staff to continuously improve their standards of work. You will encourage the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service to their customers, using the highest quality, fresh ingredients. You will also ensure that the kitchen operates in the background, looking after orders, stock, vendor relationships and financial reporting.
